FREE SHIPPING - CONDITIONS

Commercial Accounts: Shipping is offered free of charge in the Lanaudière region for all orders of $45 or more, before taxes. Fees will apply for any order shipped out of area.

Consumer Orders: Free shipping is available anywhere in the province on orders of $75 or more, before taxes. There is a $10.99 fee for any order under $75. Fees will apply for all orders shipped outside of Quebec.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Fees may apply for certain orders that exceed our carriers' standards for weight or size. If necessary, we will contact you in advance if additional fees are required. The cost of returning merchandise is borne by the customer, except for defective products and order errors on our part.

DEADLINES FOR RECEIPT OF THE ORDER

Orders to commercial accounts are usually delivered by our delivery team. Delivery times are usually 1 to 7 days, depending on the region. Orders placed before 4:30 p.m. are usually shipped the next day. If no one is available at your home at the time of delivery, our partners will leave a map showing where you can pick up your package. Pay attention to the time indicated on the card, it is usually not possible to pick up the package on the same day.  Some partners may attempt a 2nd delivery the next day.

RETURN OF GOODS

If you have any questions about returns, please contact sales at 450-756-1033. If you are not satisfied with your order, LANDRY INC. may refund or exchange the items ordered. A return authorization is required. Items must be intact, in the original packaging, and returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.

The costs related to the return of goods are assumed by the customer unless the item is defective or if we have made an error in the preparation of the order. In these cases, we will pick up the product through our delivery service or carrier. We will be responsible for the costs of ordering the items we replace.

CREDIT CARD

Your credit card will be charged after the order has been confirmed. You will not be charged any additional fees without your approval. Taxes are calculated based on the shipping address.
