RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
 

At the LANDRY INC. boutique and more – Hamster boutique, we want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. That's why we believe in an easy and flexible returns policy.

An exchange or refund may be granted if the following conditions are met, within 10 days following the date of purchase.

 

For in-store returns
In store upon presentation of the paper invoice.

 

For online orders or with our sales department
A return authorization is required

Returned products must be intact and unused, in their original condition and packaging. In other words: in condition to be put back on sale!

Transportation costs related to the return of goods are assumed by the customer unless the item is defective or if we made an error in preparing the order. In these cases, we will collect the product and make the replacement.

 

There are no returns or exchanges for the following products:
Special orders.

Personalized products.

Computer or electronic accessories and products.

Items on liquidation or final sale.

 

Refund
Allow 10 days for receipt and inspection of returned items, after which the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used during your purchase.
